When I met Clementine and John, they uttered the loveliest words a wedding photographer could ever dream of. ”We have looked at lots of photographers, but as soon as we went on your website. We just knew you were the one for us”. Needless to say, I was flattered to hear that. And even happier to find out they still were of the same opinion after meeting me in person.
Like many of the couples I am lucky to work with, they were the loveliest, most chilled out people. Just determined to have a relaxed, very fun wedding.
These are every bit as good as we expected from seeing how talented you are!!! And such a joy to have you spend the day with us. You were so joyful, relaxed and professional, thank you so so much!!Clementine
The Elvetham in Hampshire
The venue was the gorgeous Elvetham in Hook, Hampshire. If you’re not familiar with it, it’s an absolutely stunning hotel full of character, details and amazing grounds.
In spite of raining all day, we made the very best of the venue. I loved that neither the bride and groom were concerned at all about the weather. The rain definitely did not stop them from having loads of fun.
If you’re concerned about rain on your wedding day, rest reassured we can take amazing photos of your wedding day.
The Reception & the Party
The reception was super fun and filled with emotion, keeping in tune with the ceremony. Clementine and John were so happy, the room was filled with hugs and laughter. I believe the atmosphere really shines through the photos.
The Wedding Breakfast at The Elvetham
The room for dinner was set up in beautiful autumnal colours. The colours perfectly complemented the room at the Elvetham – with beautiful wooden bookshelves, thick curtains and old books. A traditional English background for a non-traditional couple.
Since John works in the casino industry, they also had a fun drinking game during the speeches.
